Additionally, we will process your company details, including the name, country, VAT, year of registration, business type, and number of cars bought per month. This processing is necessary due to legal obligations, and we will retain this data for 10 years.
     
  3. When sending direct communications such as emails and SMS, we will process your e-mail address and phone number to inform you about purchase status, discounts, and other relevant information. This processing is carried out based on your consent and our legitimate interests, and the data will be retained for 10 years.
     
  4. In responding to contact requests, we will process your first name, email, and phone number to assist with your inquiries. The legal basis for this processing includes fulfilling our legal obligations and contractual grounds, and the data will be kept for a period of 10 years.
     
  5. For generating documents like proforma invoices and pick up authorisations (PUA), we will process your VAT number and company name as part of our contractual obligations. This data will be retained for 10 years and is justified by legal obligations and contractual grounds.
     
  6. When a car is being picked up, we will process the details of the person or company picking up the car, including the name, last name, company name, and company details. This is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations and is based on our legitimate interests. This information will be retained for 10 years.


2. HOW WE GATHER INFORMATION FROM USERS?

How we collect and store information depends on the pages you are visiting, the activities in which you elect to participate and the services provided.
