Send us the listing or tell us what kind of car you need. We confirm availability, the right package, travel coverage, timing, and the exact scope before you pay.
We review your request and normally reply within one business day. If you already found a car, send us the advertisement link and registration number if available. We first confirm that we can take the assignment, recommend the appropriate package, and agree the scope and timing. You only pay after those details are clear.
No. For Full Support, we can define your requirements with you and search for suitable listings. If you already have a specific car in mind, a Remote Assessment or Physical Inspection may be enough.
Choose Remote Assessment when you want to know whether one advertised car is worth visiting.
Choose Physical Inspection when you are seriously considering one car and want it checked on-site.
Choose Full Support when you want support from the search and shortlist through negotiation and purchase.
Yes. We work for you, not the seller, and do not receive commission for recommending a particular car. Our advice can be Buy, Negotiate, or Walk Away.
We define the brief, review up to six cars, contact sellers, and select up to two strong candidates for on-site viewing. After those viewings, we choose one car for the included detailed technical inspection. If it remains a good choice, we negotiate the price and terms and support you through the agreement and handover.
Full Support includes initial on-site viewings of up to two cars, followed by the detailed inspection of the chosen car. If the inspection requires a return to that seller, this can mean up to three on-site appointments in total. You are welcome to join any of them, but you do not have to. We can attend on your behalf and update you with our findings. You remain in control of the decision and no purchase is made without your approval.
A listing and seller call cannot reveal everything. An initial on-site viewing lets us compare the cars' real condition, documentation, seller transparency, and overall value before using the included detailed inspection on the strongest candidate. We may recommend stopping earlier if a clear red flag appears.
We will advise you to walk away. Full Support includes one detailed technical inspection; an inspection of another car is charged separately. We will explain the options and cost before arranging additional work.
The assignment remains active for the scope and completion window agreed with you before payment. The market and seller availability can affect the schedule, so we confirm the expected timeline in writing for your search rather than starting an undefined, open-ended engagement.
It includes the remote history, mileage, advertisement, market-price, model reputation, expected-maintenance, and APK checks, followed by an on-site mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic assessment. We document identified defects with photos and provide a written report and a Buy, Negotiate, or Walk Away recommendation.
We aim to test-drive the car as part of the on-site assessment, but this depends on the seller's permission, insurance, road legality, and conditions on the day. We will tell you if a test drive was not possible.
No. An EV battery health check is available for an additional €80. A garage lift inspection is available for an additional €200 and requires a suitable nearby garage appointment and the seller's agreement. We will advise whether either check is worthwhile before arranging it.
No inspection can guarantee future reliability or expose every hidden or intermittent fault. It reduces uncertainty by assessing the information and condition available at that time. Any seller or manufacturer warranty remains separate from our independent advice.
A Remote Assessment report is sent by email in less than 48 hours once the required information is available. For an on-site inspection, we discuss the important findings promptly and follow with the written report and photos. We confirm scheduling before payment because seller access can affect timing.
Travel for the included visits is covered within our normal Randstad service area: Amsterdam, Utrecht, The Hague, Rotterdam, and surrounding areas. If a car is outside that area, we confirm availability and any travel surcharge with you before payment or before you approve that candidate.
Only if you approve work outside the stated package: for example, an additional car inspection, EV battery test, garage lift inspection, or travel outside the normal service area. Third-party costs such as history reports, garage fees, transport, registration, tax, insurance, or the car itself are not assumed to be included unless we specifically confirm them in your scope.
After we review your request and confirm availability, scope, timing, service area, and price. Do not pay a seller or leave a deposit on a car on our behalf unless you have independently decided to do so.
Our normal coverage is the Randstad. Assignments elsewhere may be possible depending on location and schedule. Send the listing first and we will confirm feasibility and any extra travel cost before you commit.
Seller response times, access to the car, garage availability for optional lift checks, incomplete documents, and fast-moving listings can all affect timing. We coordinate these steps and keep you informed, but we cannot reserve a seller's car or control a third party's schedule.
For Full Support, no. We also help you understand the agreed purchase terms and guide you through the agreement, registration, and handover steps. You remain the buyer: you approve the deal, sign the agreement, and pay the seller. Standalone Remote Assessment and Physical Inspection packages end with their stated findings and recommendation unless extra support is agreed.
You do. We provide evidence, a recommendation, and negotiation support, but we do not buy the car in your name or commit your money. You decide whether to proceed and enter into the purchase agreement directly with the seller.
No. We negotiate using the car's condition, market value, and competing options, but the seller controls whether to accept an offer. Our priority is a sound decision, even when the right advice is to walk away.
Yes. Import & Registration is quoted separately based on the vehicle and country of origin. It can cover document guidance, international transport if needed, BPM planning, preparation for the RDW inspection, Dutch registration, and guidance on foreign de-registration.
Yes, depending on the car and the support you need. Send the make, model, year, mileage, condition, and your target timing through the contact form. We will review the request and confirm the proposed scope and price before you commit.
No payment before availability, scope, timing, and price are confirmed.
